Good morning nerds, readers, voters. A quick update to let you know that voting has been extended by one day. The reason for this is twofold: One, NPR is airing a segment about the project this afternoon, and it seemed ridiculous to close the voting mere hours after we received our first bit of national attention. Two, we can pretty much do what we want. Isn't that fun? Voting will now close at 12 AM, end of Wednesday. Reading will commence shortly thereafter.

One Book, One Twitter is a global thing, isn't it? So why are changes to it dependant on 'national attention'? And timed for a specfic location? That's not a very global response is it.
